The company was established in 2007 and works primarily in Varna with a wide range of properties - database of over 3000. The agency performs mediation in sale / purchase, property management, repairs, construction, design, change of use, visas for foreign citizens, legal advice, and licensed expertise. The size of the company commission fee does not differ from that of other agencies - 3% of the purchase price, but not less than € 850 and 2% for every other  transaction (min € 650). The big difference is that paying the commission fee clients pay for everything without any other additional costs. The company policy is - maximum transparency.
